    Tim Winders is a living breathing real estate success story. There is no other way to put it.

    Then, there is me. What makes me qualified to mentor you? For years, my entire existence was making other people wealthy. I did this by taking their business and making those businesses profitable in a very short time. After doing that a few times and doing a few start up companies for others, I decided it was time to do it for myself and my family and I got into real estate investing.
